Textile Collection - Bags2School
If you’re having a sort out, please bear in mind that we will be collecting the items shown below in December as part of our fundraising efforts!
Bag2School accept the following ‘good quality’ items for RE-USE:
- Men’s, Ladies’ and Children’s clothing
- Paired shoes (tied together or elastic band around)
- Handbags
- Hats
- Bags
- Scarves and ties
- Jewellery
- Lingerie
- Socks
- Belts
- Soft toys
- Household linen
- Curtains
- Towels
- Bedding (bed sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers)
They unfortunately DO NOT accept:
- Duvets and blankets
- Pillows and cushions
- Carpets, rugs and mats (including bath, shower and toilet mats)
- Soiled, painted, ripped or wet clothing
- School uniforms with and without logo
- Corporate clothing and workwear
- Textile off cuts, yarns or threaded material
The actual collection date for your diary is Friday 2nd December 2017. You will be able to drop items off at school either after 3pm on Thursday 1st December or before 8.40am on Friday 2nd December.
